« It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay . »

« House is 5 bedrooms 2 en-suite and1.5 baths. It was clean and exactly what we needed with 3 adults and three teens. Lots of space, great WiFi and a myriad of nature outside the door. Area felt safe and we ate at the Indian 3 min walk away two nights in a row. Waterman’s Arms 10 min walk was excellent for a full English. An Asda is 10 min away also! A choice of DLR stations made it perfect for getting everywhere. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks again »

« Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. »

« Key pad is awesome. So much space! Kids were in heaven. They loved the indoor/outdoor space and koi pond. It was their first time visiting London and yet they couldn’t wait to get back to the house everyday. We traveled with two seniors and a 3 & 6 year old. So much space for everyone. Transit was just around the corner, as well as coffee shops and fantastic local pub. Perfect place to call home for the week! »

« Great host and lovely spacious place! Despite all the rain, we enjoyed our holiday and would love to return back, hopefully next year for a longer time.The location was beautiful, and prompt instructions were given in advance on how to enter the property. The kitchen was big, nice and clean, the bathrooms were clean, and we had a lovely hot water all the time, which my little girl really enjoyed. My dog was happy with the size of the garden, and I left him without the lead to run out without the...

« Right let's start with the negatives, which there only a few. Think you can tell the property is a work in progress, definitely needs something things sorting out. Lovely big kitchen, but definitely needs fitting out, with a lot more stuff. Only Minor stuff, like tea towels, utensil draw needs sorting out properly. Definitely needs a lick of paint, don't get me wrong, the house was clean and tidy. Then the living room, furniture as seen better days, and even though there was 6 off us, not enough...
