« No information on how to work the TV and there was no printed channel information. There was no microwave in the room, no freezer in the refrigerator. The bed blanket only went up to my lower chest and the pillows were too hard. There should have been pillows of different thickness. Breakfast was not included. Staff was away from the desk a lot and I had to holler for them. I had to go through the casino to get to the restaurant for breakfast and there was a lot of cigarette smoke in the...

« Room was decent. Bad too hard. Microwave interior was dirty. TV limited. Ice machine broken. No coffee. No hair dryer. No deadbolt on door. Gaps around door allowing light to come through. Office person was extremely pleasant. »

« The property was very well lighted and quiet at night. The carpet of the room we stayed in was starting to unravel toward the base board in some areas but the room was nice size, clean and well maintained. The aesthetic of the room was great except for the orange accent wall - it was a little bright when you are trying to settle down to go to sleep. It had all the amenities that we needed for a comfortable stay. The male staff was not very friendly but the female staff was friendly. This is our...

« We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean and the bed confortable. The only problem was the significant gap under the door that let insects through. We ended up having an earwig in the bath tub and I woke up with one on my arm.
Other than that, it was clean and quiet. The staff was very nice. »
