„Liked the private pool and the general one. Also liked the spa. Private pool was a bit dirty with leaves all around. Good to have a BBQ. Did not like that it felt like you had dirt under your feet all the time. All uo a great location though.“

„This abode became our home away from home in an instant. Great layout, quiet and near a bakery and supermarket. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any request we had and made some great suggestions for local restaurants. For me the highlight was the swimming pool, which is so like a natural rock pool, it's a work of art. Highly recommend.“

„The property has the most amazing views & the house was very spacious. It was also very clean. The upstairs lounge was very hard to sit in & uncomfortable. Not really suitable for any older folk, in our case they had to sit at the kitchen table. The outside deck furniture was also broken. Overall, the property was great though, very steep hill to walk to the street. “

"Zentrale Lage, direkt an der Esplanade von Cairns und nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Reef Fleet Terminal. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Besser geht es nicht! Parken kann man im Parkhaus des Hotels für 15 AUD / Nacht. Aus unserer Sicht für diese Lage absolut in Ordnung. Das Zimmer ist sauber und hell mit genug Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Pools haben wir nicht genutzt, es gibt aber genug Liegeflächen. Das Gym ist eher klein , aber ausreichend - 2 Laufbänder, ein Fahrrad und zwei Geräte für Rücken, Brust & Schultern. Leider keine Freihanteln dafür aber ein Pilates Reformer Gerät was mal eine schöne Abwechslung war. Alles in allem eine super Ausgangslage für Cairns."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Reef View Hotel. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was very pleasant. The welcome at reception was excellent and the hotel and surrounding area were very well explained to us. The rooms are very large and we had a great sea view from the 10th floor. A small negative aspect is that the rooms are a bit dated and you can see this in one or two places. A renovation is necessary from our point of view. The breakfast buffet offered a varied selection. The choice of excursions is also very varied, but sometimes also very expensive. A big plus point is the free rental of non-motorized water sports. All in all, we liked the Reef View Hotel very much and would definitely come back again. "
