"Pour le prix, la chambre est très basique, la propreté très superficiel. Mais pour l’emplacement nous pouvons passer sur ces 2 points. Le plus gros problème lors de notre séjour, est un problème de management. Les employés sont tous des jeunes whv. Nous avons donc eu une chambre sans climatisation à cairns sous 35 degrés. Le changement de chambre ne s’est pas fait tout de suite mais après plusieurs aller retour. Alors que plusieurs autres chambres étaient disponibles. Et surtout que notre chambre avait déjà ce problème depuis plusieurs jours. Après plusieurs formulaires nous avons pu accéder à notre nouvelle chambre!"

"Hotel is really close by walk to everything. Room and bathroom are large. Hotel is calm. One good restaurant open Tuesday to Saturday for diner and daily for breakfast. Personal preference: pool close very early compare to what I'm use to see (7pm vs 10 or 11 pm for most other hotel on this travel)"

"Le complexe est ancien mais rénovée, de beaux espaces verdoyants avec 3 piscines pour satisfaire tous le monde (enfants, sable, toboggan…). Nous avons pu profiter de la chambre à 11h au lieu de 14h et on était bien content après une nuit dans l’avion. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, la salle de bain est rénovée. (Le matelas mériterait peut être d’être changé pour notre part) Le service de chambre est impeccable. "

"The staff at the reception was very kind and did there best to prepare a room for us already early in the morning, ( even though the hotel was fully booked at this time ), as we arrived after a long night flight. Overall good hotel, but not deserving 5 stars in my opinion. During breakfast our table stayed all the time packed with our used and already empty plates, nobody from the staff cared about that. We had a room with 2 queen beds and we were 4. Deffinately too small beds for two people. On each bed there was one duvet, which was too small to be used by two persons. We asked for two additional duvets, they gave us only one and we had to ask several times for them. It was bot comfortable for sleeping this way. "
