Hi Stephanie, I'm so glad you and your husband enjoyed yourselves. I truly wished you would have reached out to us. Admittedly the interface of the hot tub is not intuitive, but in all of the time we have owned this property, the hot tub has never actually been broken. In the past we haven't said anything out of reluctance to make guests bristle at the suggestion that they were somehow at fault. But as a result we receive regular inquiries to the status of the hot tub. Consequently, I submit this confession now. It is not a very intuitive interface and I regret that you did not reach out to us. We try to make ourselves extremely available by phone or messaging to any issues our guest run into, but after seeing your review, in addition to our contact information I have since put together a manual that stays at the cabin, which addresses everything from the operation of hot tub to the thermostat step by step. I hope you will stay with us in the future. We are happy to help with anything you run into. Our sincerest apologies
