„We had an overall very pleasant experience at this property. The inside is newly updated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, although could have used a can/bottle owner and cork screw.The beach access was very close by and an easy walk.The only slight drawback was that the ac unit was not able to really cool down the one bedroom back by the kitchen, due to the floorplan/layout of the walls. However, there were some nice tower fans provided that we were able to use to direct airflow back ...

„We were able to get into the building, but somehow the code we were given wouldn’t get us access to the apartment. It took multiple emails and attempts to reach out to somebody and they finally were able to help us.It would have been nice if there was an air conditioner in the bedroom that had the king in it. It was rather warm for the couple who stayed in there.“

„We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy. Better sleeping on the couch than the couch bed as the couch bed is terrible at best (there’s plenty of room on the couch). Kitchen is very sparse.
