« Wow! This was the most beautiful place. The property is tucked up on a beautiful lot of trees and ferns. Our room was just gorgeous with beautiful furniture, wallpaper and a fireplace. I couldn’t believe we were staying in such a storybook place. I found Mike at the checkin super kind and helpful. He also gave great recommendations for hiking based on my husband’s mobility needs. His advice was perfect—made our trip! You can literally enter Acadia from the trails directly behind the hotel....

« Our hosts - Matt and Kristi -were awesome. Very friendly, helpful with advice regarding Bar Harbor and Acadia. The Inn is beautiful -with an awesome view and easy access to downtown Bar Harbor - and very close to Acadia National Park. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend the Saltair Inn to all travelers. »

« Très belle maison où nous avons été très bien accueillis La chambre (n° 8) disposait d'une terrasse couverte ; chaque voiture a son emplacement et nous sommes informés par mail avant notre arrivée de l'endroit où il faut se garer. Tout a été fait pour faciliter notre séjour : prêt de DVD, de GPS, brochures etc... Petit déjeuner excellent et gâteaux servis l'après midi tout était très bien y compris l'emplacement tout près du centre de Bar Harbor (5 mn à pied) »

« The facilities were clean & updated. Very close to Acadia National Park entrance & downtown Bar Harbor. This was my first time using VRBO & was unfamiliar with trying to communicate with host but he did answer…the check in was confusing because there was no one in the office at all during our stay & had to figure out how to get into the room. Our family was over all very satisfied with this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a decent place to stay. »
