« We usually visit the Newport area once a year since 2000. The cottage, by far, is the nicest place we stayed at. The cottage was clean and comfortable, the neighborhood quiet and the location great. If we had any questions, Lisa answered quickly. Looking forward to coming back again. »

« We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience. »

« We were in town for our daughter’s hockey game at St George’s. 4 Kent fit the bill in every way: location, size of property, cleanliness. It’s a very cute house and very comfortable for our family. »

« Location of the property was excellent as was the communication with the property owners. We thoroughly enjoyed the views and the set up of the home. It was comfortable to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. We did feel that perhaps we may have been the first visitors of the season and the home could have used additional attention. The floors and coffee maker could use a deeper clean, and the kitchen counters had some residue that could be wiped down. A quick refresh in these...

« This was a great place to comfortably stay for a few days. Close proximity to Newport, beach, restaurants, and shops. Host was very accommodating. »

« In town for daughter's graduation. Was only there for sleeping but was comfortable. Near stores for breakfast food. Decent overall experience (we had to take shoes off which didn't bother me but my 75 year old mom wasn't happy) »

« We spent a lovely couple days at this location. House was clean and overall mostly updated. Amazing spot for sharing with multiple families as there were lots of bed options/rooms, all the beds were reported as comfortable. Nice quiet large yard. Small items for improvement include more kitchen towels, more ice trays to substitute for the ice maker … bigger items - bathrooms are due for updating. Very functional- but definitely out dated. If you can look past this (or it won’t bother you) then...

« House was clean, comfortable and conveniently located for our family’s visit to Newport for a family wedding. Grandson enjoyed the lower level bedroom and game room! Beds and pillows were comfortable. Host was responsive for replenishment of toiletries. Would stay again! »

« Great location, easy to access the beach and restaurants. Our family had a great time. The only issue was we did not feel like it really slept 15 people comfortably. »

« Very clean, newly and beautifully decorated home in a quiet, suburban neighborhood. Looks exactly like the photos posted. Beds are super comfortable, especially enjoyed the blackout shades in the super sunny bedrooms. Location is superior - quick drive to downtown Newport and mansions/cliff walk. Many good local restaurants if you prefer to stay close. The host is professional and easy to interact with. Would definitely stay again. Wish we stayed long enough to enjoy the back deck/BBQ grill....
