« We loved everything about this property. The pictures accurately depict the property. The garden which is available for guests to sit in is gorgeous! The place was very clean and the kitchen had almost everything we needed for cooking. The beds are quite comfortable. Best of all, the location of the property is very quiet (this is hard to find in Philly). We didn't hear traffic or siren noises at all. If you want a great night's sleep, this is a perfect place. »

« Fantastic property in the heart of Philly. The townhouse was located within an easy to walk to almost all of the touristy stuff we wanted to do, but also in a quiet neighborhood where it was easy to get som much needed rest. There are a few things around the property that show off their age, but nothing that is detrimental to the renters experience. I’d definitely stay here again if we make it back to Philly in the future. »

« We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...
