« We absolutely loved our stay! Very clean, very cute place! Everything was tastefully decorated, and we felt right at home with our family of 6. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the beds were quite comfortable. Kitchen was great, and was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, plus more. The host was very responsive, courteous, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Property is super clean and host is super responsive. It was well stocked with essentials and super easy short one turn drive into town. Smart TV’s were easy to use and the outdoor grill was great for family BBQ dinner. Spiral staircase to the upper bedroom was very fun! »

« My wife and I went there for a weekend and we just loved the place. Right in town. It’s nice that you have your own parking spot. We didn’t use our car all weekend. We walked everywhere. The beds were super comfortable and it was perfect for our weekend. »

« The unit was clean and easy to find. Check in was not a problem. It is located between the center of town and the Inn at Holiday Valley. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the chairs on the deck putside of the main bedroom. We did not use the chairson the first floor outside. »

« We enjoyed a long weekend at Holiday Valley and really appreciated the convenience of ski in/out here. Short drive to Ellicottville for shopping, restaurants and coffee. The property was tidy and served us well. The condo unit is in a building with other condos, so there was the expected occasional noise related to that— mostly hearing the neighbors walking around. We’re glad we stayed here and would visit again. »

« Great location for hiking on the mountain. Easy access to town. Close to Holiday Valley facilities and Spruce Lake. Kitchen is well equipped. AC available for summer temps, good heating in colder temps. Car dependent. Bring all your own groceries. Oven, stove, microwave, coffee making machines, and electric kettle make for great meal preparation. Ice in the freezer. Love it here! »
