Sehr Strandnah und gemütlich
Insgesamt schönes Hotel. Ein Teil am Strand der andere durch einen Tunnel mit dem anderen Teil (Straße gegenüber) verbunden. Wir waren auf der Seite ohne Strand dafür hat es den Pool. Essen war gut und das Personal sehr nett. Was man sich sparen kann ist die hauseigene Masseurin, fast das gleiche Preis wie in Deutschland aber wesentlich schlechter!

Empfehlenswert!
Wir waren im August 2016 dort.Das Hotel ist sauber, Mitarbeiter sehr nett und freundlich, hilfsbereit. Zimmerservice jeden Tag, hat man etwas zusätzlich gebraucht, hat man es auch sofort bekommen. Wir haben Glück gehabt und eine deutschsprachige Dame an der Rezeption "erwischt". So wie wir es verstanden haben, wenn man über Expedia bucht, bekommt man Safe im Zimmer, Wlan und die Liegen am Strand kostenlos. Das Hotel verfügt über eigenen Sandstrand, ein Traum. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf Pool (Nebengebäude) und waren sehr zufrieden. Man geht durch den Tunnel um in das Haupthaus zu gelangen oder zum Strand. Wir werden definitiv nochmal dahin gehen.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand
Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel. Essen war gut und reichlich . Nicht alle Getränke ( Cocktails) sind im All inklusive Angebot enthalten, was wir jetzt aber nicht als schlimm empfunden haben. Strand und Poolanlage waren schön und gepflegt. Die Busverbindung nach Chania ist gut. Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Teilweise etwas hellhörig. Würden immer wieder in dieses Hotel wählen

mittelmässiges Hotel
Mittelmässig, das Hotel war leider schon überbucht als wir ankamen und mussten dann eine Nacht in einem provisorischem Zimmer verbringen in einem anderem Hotel, was überhaupt nicht komfortabel war. Das war etwas schade, da wir den ersten Tag nicht gleich geniessen konnten. Etwas schade ist auch dass das Hotel in zwei Bereiche unterteilt ist und wir gar nicht im Hotel am Meer waren. Was bei einem Beach Hotel eigentlich erwartet werden darf.

Super Strandlage und ausgezeichnetes Service
Die Zimmer waren eher klein, das Bad auch nicht gerade das sauberste, aber all das hat die hervorragende Lage (direkt am Strand) wieder wettgemacht. Abends konnte man in wenigen Minuten etwas flanieren und es waren auch gute Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber wenn man richtig was erleben will, muss man einen Ort weiterfahren, was aber auch nicht tragisch ist. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war hervorragend. Das gesamte Personal war großartig, da sich unsere Tochter leider gleich zu Beginn das Bein gebrochen hat, bekamen wir wirklich sehr viel Unterstützung und Hilfe von der ganzen Belegschaft. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!!!

Vacation
I stayed at this hotel for one week and paid 170 euros per night. It states that its a 4 star hotel. Its maximum a 3 star hotel. Whoever states otherwise hasent travelled in their life. Rooms are like 100 years old. Bathrooms are old and the waterpipes loud. In the room you cab here your neighbor talk, go to the toilet and whenever a neighbor door closes its like a bomb going of. Impossible to sleep. Mosquitoes in the room and i spent the night killing all of them because it’s impossible to sleep aince they keep biting you. So take into consideration to apend 2 hours every night killing mosquitoes. Pool was old and very few sunbeds. If you are not the first person to the pool you will have to amtry and get a bed at the beach. Beach area not so nice. Too many rocks before getting into the water. Breakfast was the worst experience ever. Very few varieties and tasteless and to so attractive at all. Restaurant had no aircondition so you start the dlday sweating or you can sit outaide and sweat in the sun. The dont have a lugageroom which is important since there are many people with a later flight than morning flights. If going to grecce if you dont book a 5 star hotel dont go there. And for the prices they are charging it’s definitely not worth going. They have such a low standard that it’s ridiculous. Around the hotel area there are shops and restaurants. All the shops prives are ridiculously high. Alomst a scam for what they are charging tourists.

Front desk did not give any information related to the all inclusive perks. We could not reserve a la carte dining because we did not know we had to reserve 24 hours ahead. We received the info the next day in English. They would not give us a late check out, even by an hour and did not offer a place to shower in the interim. Our room was a good distance from all activities by the beach. People would reserve beach chairs early and not use them. No one was enforcing the rules. No water sports or hotel activities at this location. Housekeeping was good The rooms were clean and large. Nice and clean pools. The beaches are very nice there.

La struttura non é un 4 stelle. Sono più strutture assemblate. Salone ristorante con sedie con cuscini sporchi e maleodoranti. Pochi ombrelloni in spiaggia e nelle due piscine. Animazione inesistente, in una settimana i bambini sono stati coinvolti nei giochi in piscina una sola volta e per breve tempo. Bella la zona nuova ma vecchio tutto il resto. Nel bagno la porta sbatteva contro il gabinetto. Lenzuola e teli mare forati e macchiati. La vista giardino era inquietante. La struttura é attraversata dalla strada principale e per raggiungere spiaggia e ristorante c'è un tunnel sporco da attraversare. Personale per nulla cordiale ad eccezione di pochi. Il mare non eccezionale. Cibo nella norma, buoni veramente solo i dolci. Forse un tre stelle. Inesistente il supporto di hotel.com ma le lamentele per questo saranno gestite in separata sede.

Great family holiday,go during UK school holiday
This hotel is made by the staff, they are awesome and all deserve a pay rise. We had some hick ups with the room and the misunderstanding about what’s included in the Ultra All Inclusive upgrade. But everything was sorted promptly by the amazing staff even the general manger knew who we was and come to check we’re happy. Iftihis in a la cart restaurant was amazing and really good with our 2 year old girl. Staveros was amazing and makes the best cocktails(attention to detail) Anna at Guest relations was very friendly and kind and Christina at check in was super helpful and kind. It has to be said that the Ultra Inclusive is still only partially inclusive but it’s WELL WORTH the money!!!!! The only unpleasant we had was with the other guests! But the hotel can’t help that their in the business of filling rooms and large groups of people from the old eastern block do just that!!! It must be a cultural thing but we found them very very rude and unfriendly, a pair of old couples nearly push my daughter down the stairs cause they was in a hurry and didn’t even say sorry. They never say hello or smile and my little girl desperately tried to play with the other kids but they wasn’t interested instead they pushed her over. Maybe we went wrong time of year for guest from UK(early June). I just want to confirm we had an amazing holiday and would go again and I’m only mentioning it so guest can make an informed decision. We will miss Santa Marina, until next 😀

Det var rent og pent på hotellet, personale venlig, men vi kunne ikke sove roligt pga myg om natten... derudover næsten ingen internet på værelset og den samme noget kedelig morgenmad. Not very impressed
Bed and facilities were good, but room and bathroom were tiny and we asked to move to accommodate my pregnant wife but they did not allow this. The customer service was not great. The food at breakfast was also not great. Location was good and the beach and the pool were great.

Best part is location and setting but...
Beach setting and courtyard dining under the stars and trees were the highlight. But room was very small, shower room tiny. air conditioning poor (did not cool very much), buffet was good selection but was not kept very hot so luke warm food was the norm and what ever time you ate. All inclusive was fair. Staff were mostly pleasant, friendly and efficient. Mani at the hotel bar was brilliant at remembering your drink choices. When complained about AC at main desk was told by one gentleman 'that this is Greece'. We were not impressed - We paid for AC...

Oppholde var fint. Hyggelige service arbeidere. Rent og fint. God buffe. Var ikke mye å gjøre på kveldene utenom å leke med kattene på parkeringen. Til de av dere som velger å bo her så husk å mat kattene.

Perfekt familieresort
Fantastisk udsigt fra restaurant, super strand, Super service, god morgenmad – med friskpresset appelsinjuice, flere flotte pools, gode aktiviteter for børn. Det eneste jeg kan sætte finger på er lidt få små værelser med lit for hårde senge.
