netter Apartmentkomplex nahe Perissa Beach
hatten zu viert ein Apartment mit Einzelbetten gebucht und letztendlich 2 dreier-Apartments mit jeweils 3 Einzelbetten bekommen, da es wohl nicht voll ausgebucht war. Haben von den anderen Gästen (es waren auf jeden Fall noch ein paar da) nicht viel mitgekriegt. Die Hausdame Galina ist superfreundlich, kann alllerdings leider wenig Englisch, aber ausreichend, um sich zu verständigen :) Sie hält die Zimmer stets schön sauber, jeden Abend, wenn wir vom Strand zurückkamen war alles geputzt, die Betten gemacht, neues Toilettenpapier, jeden 2. Tag neue Handtücher, alles SUPER! Von der Ausstattung her könnte speziell zum Kochen etwas mehr drin sein, es war nur eine Elektroplatte vorhanden und ein Mini-Feld für einen Espressokocher. Hätten wir das zu viert gehabt, wäre das Kochen kompliziert geworden. Aber sonst alles vorhanden, Klimaanlage, Wäscheständer, Tisch und Stühle, ausreichend Teller, Gläser, Tassen und Besteck, Spüli und Schwamm....In meinen Augen also meckern auf hohem Niveau :) Zum Strand sind es höchstens 5 Minuten Fussweg, nicht weit weg sind Einkaufsmöglichkeit (MiniMarkt), ein super Bäcker, Gyros... Alles in allem kann ich Halaris mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen, es ist allerdings kein hoher Standard, eher Mittelklasse oder so. Wir hatten eine super Zeit dort.

Avoid this place!! Mis-represented. The photos are very old and the reality of the place is starkly the opposite. I wanted to be be able to cook my own meals and have a relaxing time, i have waited years to go to Santorini. Instead… my holiday was totally ruined. The kitchen, if you can call it that, was broken, filthy and unfit for purpose. The two ring hob was RUSTED and unfit and filthy, sitting on top of the fridge! The fridge, where do i start! Ancient, filthy, full of old ice, rusted shelves and seals, unsanitary and unfit. The work top ( only one!) was ancient, filthy and had formica peeling off it, especially at the edges where the edging strips had peeled away revealing an array of old crumbs, food and insects stuck in the cracks! Disgusting and filthy! The cupboard ( yes… only one!) had the doors almost dropping off and contained dirty shelves. It couldn't have been worse. The advert advertises ; “ Cooking utensils, plates, cutlery and tea and coffee making facilities…” Reality: We had to beg a knife from the receptionist( i asked for two but only got 1!). I had to ask for some plates and got two mismatched large soup plates. There were two small side plates in the cupboard, one with a large chip on the side, no coffee maker, a kettle which was dangerous and boiling as it wouldn't switch off!! Two small espresso cups, one was still dirty! No shower, dirty floor and faucet, toilet seat loose. Ruined holiday!! AVOID. MISREPRESENTED rip off.

Struttura vicinissima alla Black Beach e alla fermata del pullman. Ottimo terrazzo e posizione tranquilla. L’unica nota negativa è la presenza di acqua leggermente salata per la doccia.

Not the best experience but satisfying
First of all, everyday room cleaning was done very very good. Everyday Tamara has changed towels and general cleaning is applied to the room. Twice a day, they have changed bed linens. Thanks to Tamara, she is very friendly and helpful. She cannot speak English very good but it is OK, we have used Google translate to communicate with her. Her hospitality was great :) Location is great. You can just 2-3 minute walk away to bus stop, supermarket and Perissa beach. However, there are some problems about property conditions. First of all, air conditioner has a problem with turn on/off functionality, so you have to take off the cable from the plug. This is dangerous. Secondly, there is a ground/neutral connection problem in the shower. So there is electricity leak. You get electric shock by the shower tap when you try to touch the metal parts of the tap. Margarita stated that this is not dangerous and a general problem in whole Perissa. However, this problem can be simply solved by using plastic components in the shower. Thirdly, problem was about kitchen equipments. In the beginning, many kitchen equipments were missing. After a request, they have provided some and problem was solved. But I would expect that they should be provided them in the beginning. But ok, this is not a problem at all. As a summary, it was not a bad experience but not the perfect one. Cleanliness and Tamara's hospitality was the best part although there are some problems with the property conditions.

Good studio for a base. Don't expect any luxuries.
The place itself is a good studio to base yourself but could be made so much better by paying attention to the small things such as: fridge too cold, no heating for the cold nights, insufficient blankets, flooded bathroom every time you showered, kettle didn't switch off, TV didn't work, drawers didn't open. However the lady who looked after the place was really lovely, friendly and helpful. The wi-fi was good.

Tutto sommato bene. Peccato che i propretari non investino a ristrutturare gli studios che hanno tanto potenziale. Il bagno era orribile.la stanza spaziosa ma la cucina sporca e mancava tutto. La ragazza che gestisce era gentilissima e di grande auito ma non credo che ci sara ancora prossima stagione. La posizione è vicina a tutto. Serve un mezzo anche se in estate i bus vanno ovunque ma si perde tanto tempo.

Studio spartano per chi si accontenta di poco
L'appartamento ha - quasi - tutto il necessario. Il cucinino lascia un po' a desiderare, mancano cose essenziali come scolapasta, tagliere, bicchieri (ce n'era solo uno, l'altro era un bicchiere da birra..); il fornello a induzione difficile da gestire perchè le due piastre non sono autonome; padelle vecchie e bruciacchiate. Il bagno è piccolo ma va abbastanza bene , a parte delle piccole scosse quando si apre la doccia. Il nostro letto matrimoniale aveva un materasso e dei cuscini terribili ma per una settimana è sopportabile. Nel complesso niente di che, ma visto il prezzo non ci aspettavamo molto di più. Comunque basterebbero dei piccoli accorgimenti per renderlo più confortevole. Il lato positivo è stato l'accoglienza di Chara, la receptionist, davvero gentile e disponibile.

No sleep.
Wouldn't recommend. Aircon didn't work so couldn't sleep, when you did get to sleep town church bell blasted for ten minutes at 7 am, on both mornings we stayed there. Not a comfortable stay.

Alloggio economico ma un po' troppo essenziale.
Con moglie e figlio di 6 anni in camera tripla 11 giorni. Camera molto grande, ma armadio piccolo per 3 persone. Cucinino mal fornito: 2 cucchiaini, 1 cucchiaio, 2 tazzine da caffè, 6 piatti piani, 1 piatto fondo, un pentolino piccolo, una pentola, 1 scolapasta, 1 mestolo e macchine per il caffè all’americana. Mancano tazze e posate. Il fornello elettrico ha una piastra grande e una piccola. Bagno molto basic e doccia poco confortevole: manca un appendino per il doccino, che quindi deve essere tenuto in mano e c'è solo un telo che, anziché avvolgere la doccia, si trova poco fuori di essa e attraversa il bagno da una parte all'altra, comprendendo anche il wc. Balcone piccolo e insufficienti per 3 persone. In un posto di mare sarebbe preferibile avere meno spazio dentro e più fuori. Invece il tavolo ci sta a malapena e per chiudere le ante bisognava spostarlo. Camera sufficiente per 2 persone e soggiorni brevi, ma per 3 e soggiorni lunghi è inadeguata. Non c'è alcun tipo di vista: la finestra dà sul muro di fronte, distante poco più di 1 metro; il balcone si trova davanti a quello della stanza di fronte, distante 1 metro circa, con problemi di privacy. Receptionist (Mary) cortese, anche se poco loquace e con inglese poco comprensibile. L'ultimo giorno ci ha concesso di lasciare i bagagli alla reception e di farci la doccia nel bagno comune alle 16. La pulizia è buona, il cambio della biancheria sempre fatto. Pregio maggiore: vicinanza alla spiaggia: 3 minuti a piedi, 230 metri.

Beautiful island, decent accommodation.
Disappointed with Hotels.com, they offered me a room suitable for 2 adults & 2 children which I duly booked with 48hrs notice. On arrival we had a triple studio which was clean and ideal albeit minus the fourth bed. On checking I had booked a triple, but it had accepted my booking even though I specified, and it clarified four passengers travelling. My youngest daughter slept on 3 blankets on the floor as the owner didn't have another room. It made for a disappointing first night in what is a beautiful island. We only had two nights here so we managed but not good from the tour op.

Un excellent rapport qualité/prix
Excellemment placé pour se rendre à la plage, le studio est la meilleure solution en termes de rapport qualité/prix. La propreté est parfaite, la chambre était vaste avec tout le confort minimum attendu, et la personne en charge tant du ménage que des relations avec les clients était d'une extrême amabilité et se rendait aussi disponible que possible.

Siamo arrivati in hotel alle 12, giusto in tempo per il check-in. La stanza però non era ancora pronta ed abbiamo atteso circa un'ora nella reception un po' antiquata. La signorina dell'hotel è poco informata riguardo attrattive ed escursioni (non ha saputo dirci dove andare a prenotare il tour del vulcano, dicendoci che non lo sapeva perché non ci era mai stata). Un giorno non è stata effettuata la pulizia della camera e ci è stato detto che non aveva avuto tempo a causa dei molti arrivi. spesso la reception era chiusa oppure la signorina non si trovava, essendoci solo lei a gestire arrivi, partenze e pulizie sicuramente era impegnata da qualche parte. La biancheria non viene cambiata ogni giorno, viene messa ad asciugare sul balconcino della stanze è cambiata dopo 2-3 giorni.

Stanza carinissima e identica alle foto. Terrazzino privato dove poter fare colazione, godendo del leggero meltemi mattutino. Letti comodissimi. A 100 metri dalla spiaggia di Perissa, lo studios si trova in una via secondaria silenziosissima, vicino a un rent car/bike, un minimarket, bar e ristorantini. Wifi non presente nelle stanze del secondo piano, ma poco importa. Mary è stata gentilissima e disponibile a spiegarci le attrattive principali dell'isola e ad organizzarci il trasferimento sia dall'aeroporto che per il porto. Se non si ha intenzione di cucinare grandi manicaretti è il monolocale perfetto.
