Für uns OK. Etwas weit weg von Washington
Lage ist gut. Hotel ist klasse. Pool war im September noch offen. Zimmer und klima gut. Personal kommt mircsehr verwirrt vor. Frühstück wenig Auswahl und völlig überfordertes Personal. Würde es aber wieder buchen. Nach Washington ca 40min mit dem Auto.

Some of our options include eggs, grits, turkey/pork bacon and sausage, roasted potatoes, fresh fruit, yogurt, variety of juice, infused water, coffee and hot water for tea. Hello Richard, we do offer early check ins for guests. Our check in time starts at 4pm and the fee for early check in is 20 every hour before check in. If you would like to return as a guest, I would be more than welcome to handle your reservations personally, in order to assist with the early check in fees. I chose this hotel based off of my friends staying last year. I did not know about a $150 deposit at check in. Upon checking into my room there was a moldy smell. There was no more rooms so i had to stay. I took a shower only to find out the drain was clogged. I called the front desk 3 separate times, and the lady at the first stated she would send somebody up. No one ever came to the room that night. I woke up the next morning and had to call twice before someone came. I explained what happen to the person at the front desk. He took my name and number and stated he would research it. I had to ask what is there to research?? Because of this raggedy hotel my daughter and sister couldn’t take a shower. They had so many complaints this night that they was overwhelmed. My friend had a roach in her room. Another one air didn’t work! It was just horrible. I will not be staying her again.

I do not stay this lightly - this was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. This may sound extreme, but it isn't. The rooms are tiny and dirty. That should be bad enough, but, there is more. They charge 150 incidental. 150 for pets. This isnt clear when booking. They have one person on the desk - so expect checkin to take 45 minutes plus (god forbid you need something). The doors are all broken and they wont fix them, so you have to walk all the way around the front if the building every time you need in. The doors that do lock, lock you out at 11pm. The pool is cold, the hot tub jets are dysfunctional. Oh, and the pool closes at 9pm. The hotel has empty tequila bottles sitting around on tables for days. There are no extra towels, and they don't make towels available in the pool room. The breakfast is a joke - because they want you to buy from their restaurants. Coffee is only available at breakfast and it runs out and they don't refill. There is no pet areas so you just have to deal. This is probably why there is dog poop everwhere. If i could go back, i would NEVER stay here.

Our pet fee is required to clean pet rooms with cleaning supplies and chemicals, we always have clerks available to assist guest but there are times where we might be assisting another guest. We ask that you kindly wait or leave a message at the front desk if that is the case. Our room keys can be demagnetized if left close to cellphones and the doors are locked at 11pm for security of our guests. Our hot tub and pools are treated daily and we do offer a continental breakfast that consist of fresh fruits, muffins, bagels, cereal, Danish pastries, hot tea and coffee. We have an A La Carte style breakfast that is for purchase that offers hot items such as eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, waffles, grits, oatmeal and much more. We also staff housemen daily to clean our premises. We take pride in taking care of our property and our guest request. I sincerely hope in any future you provide us the chance to provide you a pleasant experience.

First off, there is NO MICROWAVE in the room. So we brought back $40 in leftovers and we couldn’t even use one to heat up our food later. Why have a fridge if there’s no microwave?!? They offer microwaveable food in the lobby!!! Why is there no microwave?!? The pictures they post for this particular site are not actual photos. They are embellished. It’s nowhere near as nice as the photos make it out to be. They’re just good at photoshopping. The tub is small and has chunks missing and are rusted. The washcloths were thread bare and full of holes. The couch is very uncomfortable to sit on and the room is very awkwardly laid out. The only positive thing I have to say about the place is the mattress. It was very firm. So if you like firm mattresses, you’d be okay staying here. The breakfast was pathetic. The bagels were rock hard. The muffins were doughy. The fruit was old and needed to be thrown away. They had cereal, but that was it for options. We went hungry. They claimed to offer better options if you paid for them, but there was no one working the “Starbucks” bar they claimed they had. I would never stay here again. I work too hard for my money to waste it on experiences like this.

The house staff are very good. The rooms are well maintained. The bed is comfortable. The shower is hot with adequate water pressure.The indoor pool is well used by the kids. Weight/ exercise room and washer/ dryer are available if desired. Multiple cultural dining experiences are within 1 mile. Easy access to College Park, DC, Baltimore. Check in and check out are painless having used online prepayment.

The property offered limited dining options and the experience was akin to an elementary school feeding schedule. The water temperature was lukewarm, and the cleaning service took two hours to return with fresh towels, leaving the soiled ones folded in the room until they completed their laundry. Checking out was also challenging as we were asked to return the plastic key and key holder, causing inconvenience when we had a flight to catch. The entertainment options were very limited. Despite the friendly demeanor of the staff, I was asked to wear a shirt, which was perplexing as I observed many others walking around in bathing suit tops. I strongly recommend against booking the doom buggies excursion, as it was an extremely unpleasant experience.

I made a reservation for 2 queen beds and when I checked in, there were no rooms with 2 queens. I had to get a room with 1 bed. The person who checked me in was alone and there was a big line. He was trying to do too much at once. Also the restaurant on site was closed. We found hair in the shower and there were no pool towels. Pool and hot tub very over chlorinated. Daughter visiting UMD. I would not stay here again.

Don’t stay here. Look for another hotel. The door to the bathroom had tape over the lock, the shower faucet was almost outside the shower, the front security latch wouldn’t attached. Weird building. I think some of the people staying in the hotel might be more long term residents. Kids running around and hanging out in hallways.

Pool needed to be monitored more because the chlorine levels were extremely high and the jAcuzzi was broken causing it to get super hot and burn your eyes.

on first glance the place looked like a dump but inside isn’t bad, very clean. our only problem was that they had messaged us to tell us their restaurant was closed but failed to mention that we would be with out running water from 8pm-6am. we found this out at time of arrival. Their starbucks bar isn’t really starbucks- it’s premade coffee with milk (false advertising)

We were informed by the county on the 26th of this month and we made sure to inform every guest that checked in or was in house at the time.
