The house was full of extras like soap/shampoo, laundry detergent, coffee, and extra toilet paper and sheets—we had to run to town for a lighter for the fire pit, but I can see where that would be difficult to keep at a rental house! „This cozy log home was the perfect setting to visit our tech students and enjoy the beautiful UP in the winter. It was a bit of a drive to places, but we knew this going in and found the seclusion relaxing. Lots of space, comfy seating, and warm wood burning stove made the living space perfect for our big group. Lots of bedrooms gave us all our private space as well. „Man betritt das Haus und hat das Gefühl man macht eine Zeitreise. Jedes Detail stimmt, angefangen vom Bett und aufgehört beim Herd. Man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. Alles ist super sauber und alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung erwartet ist auch vorhanden. Die Gegend ist einsam und der Ort Rockland hat außer dem Rockland Depot ( ein Tante Emma Laden wo man den Schlüssel bekommt ) und einer Kneipe mit gutem Essen nicht viel zu bieten. Aber man fährt ja in diese Gegend nicht um den Ort zu ...

„Choose this cabin because of location to snowmobile area I wanted to explore. Trails were. closed but still enjoyed area. Owners worked with us as we changed lenght of stay. Clean and comfortable.“

„We stayed with our 12 yo son and Jack Russell dog. It was really a unique place to stay. There were more amenities here than I have in my own house! We loved that it was so close to the snowmobile trail. We plan to come back with more friends next time. It’s tough to find an affordable place to stay with a dog these days.“

„Very nice Place. Clean and well equipped. We were up for our annual Fall ATV ride. Didn't realize it until we scoped things out but we were able to ride right out of the driveway of the cabin. Connected to trail from Bergland to Rockland. The house is 20 minutes from Bergland and Ontonagon. White Pine even closer. Couldn't have had a better experience.“

„This house was cute, well decorated and the sauna with shower was a fun thing to try. However, I could not get past the smoky smell. There are no smoking signs posted on all the doors but the smell lingers from a previous user/owner. This house would have been 5 stars if it didn't bother my asthma so much.“
