  • Dieses Moosehead Lake Blockhaus ist das ganze Jahr über direkt am Wasser mit leichtem Zugang zum See. Es gibt westlichen Panoramablick auf den See und die Berge von innen, außen und am See sowie ein Dock für Kanus, Kajaks oder Schwimmen. Dieses Haus verfügt über drei komfortable Schlafzimmer, d.h. ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Queen-Size-Bett, ein Full-Size-Bett, ein voller Futon-Schlafboden, zwei Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Wintergarten, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine große Garage. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Alle Möbel sind brandneu. Es ist ein abgeschiedenes, ruhiges Urlaubsdomizil, das Ihre Erwartungen übertreffen wird und dennoch alle Annehmlichkeiten des malerischen Ortes Town of Greenville zu Fuß erreichbar ist. My family had a wonderful stay at Camp Sundown! The host, Kim, was great with communication. The house was exactly as described in the listing and extremely clean. Beautiful views from inside the house and at the dock, close to town, comfortable beds and having a washer and dryer on the premises was a total plus! We would definitely love to come back in the future.

Property was well cared for, very clean and the view from the sun room and bedrooms was beautiful. The host (Kim) was excellent to work with, answered all questions and checked on us when we arrived to make sure everything was in order. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. The only thing missing for us was a “moose sighting!”

Beautiful property right on the lakefront. It's walking distance to town but feels secluded. Everything was clean and in excellent working condition. Kim was a fantastic host. She was very helpful and wanted to ensure that we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Great lake views from inside or out, highly recommend.

This is a stunning lakefront home with western views (Moosehead has the best sunsets) and despite feeling totally secluded you have easy access to town, trails, and everything Greenville/Moosehead has to offer. Kim was excellent with communication from booking through making sure we made it home safely. I would highly recommend this property and will be staying again!

Another year and another stay at our favorite cabin! We look forward to coming back every year, and Kim is truly the best host. The house is always spotless, the property is absolutely stunning, and the sound of the loons is the icing on top.This cabin is such a peaceful retreat. We love spending time in the sunroom working on puzzles, sharing the best dinners while overlooking the lake, and ending each day watching the most breathtaking sunsets. It's the kind of place where you can truly slow down, relax, and soak in the beauty of nature. The house is stocked with all the essentials, making it feel like home away from.We're already looking forward to our next visit. If you're looking for the perfect lakeside getaway, you won't find a better place!

The owners are excellent and easy communicate with. The cabin is as advertised. It's very clean, has everything you need and very comfortable. The wood stove works great. The cabin is a nice place to relax and enjoy the views.

A special place

Kim and Jim have thought of everything to make a stay at their Moosehead Lake home special. The property is gorgeous, and was perfect for a long weekend getaway with friends. Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic!

The home is both beautiful and comfortable. The location is awesome; close to town, restaurants, boating, seaplanes, hiking. The view is spectacular. The host was very helpful with resolving some VRBO glitches during the booking process, and checked with us on arrival as well as departure. If we return to Moosehead Lake we will definitely book this home again!

Perfect Vacation!

This home, these hosts, that lake, all exceeded our vacation expectations! The home was clean, well stocked, very comfortable, and accessible to all area attractions. The host was very kind and helpful, and responded very quickly to any questions we had. There were no problems with this booking at all and we hope to have another opportunity to stay at Sundown in the future!

Graduation celebration at Moosehead Lake

Kim’s home on Moosehead Lake was everything we could have wanted to celebrate our sons Graduation from college. The location gave us easy access to the lake, Greenville and all the local hiking, biking and exploring we could want. The home is clean, well appointed, very comfortable and has a great layout. Family trip

Sundown was the perfect spot for our family to get away before school starts up again. They house was perfect for our family of 5. We loved the sunroom and the view from the dock. It was close enough to town, but also private and peaceful. Kim was great about communicating. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

A Wonderful Getaway

My wife and I rented this property with some friends for a quiet, new years getaway. We got exactly what we were looking for. The view from all season deck was amazing as we ate and played board games while staring at a frozen lake and mountains. We had a very relaxing and refreshing time.

Beautiful View

What a view! From the deck on the water to the sun room above, we enjoyed a magnificent water view. We watched sea planes and boats come and go. We enjoyed swimming right off the deck, boating and fishing at the state park. We found great souvenirs at the shops nearby and enjoyed evening meals at the cabin and local restaurants. Kim and Jim were wonderful hosts.

This is our third year staying at Sundown and can’t say enough how much we love it here! The love poured into this place is evident from the moment you step on the property. The garden down to the dock is one of my most favorite moments and you can tell how the grounds are tenderly cared for. From swimming to watching the ducks and loons every morning, this place is nothing short of tranquil. The house has everything you need and more when coming for a weekend retreat. We cannot thank Kim and Jim enough for opening their home to us to retreat year after year! We look forward to staying with them again!
