  • The cabin is 720 sq f and it’s sitting on 11 ac of fields and woods. It’s on a private road and at the end of it so it’s very private. Also, next to the beautiful Sunny Hill Golf Resort. House has a big deck to the south and east and an outside shower. Table with 6 chairs and umbrella and to chaise chairs with a small table. Cabin is small but had everything you need. Spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, washer/dryer. Bedroom is a good size with a flat screen tv and a drawer unit for my guests, comfortable bed as well. Kitchen is fully equipped with a 36” pro gas stove, dishwasher, nice refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker and all kinds of kitchen equipment. Dining table with 4 chairs. Living room has a comfortable big sofa, who chairs and a big flat screen tv.

Second time we've stayed at this house and it's the perfect cozy weekend getaway. Close enough drive to restaurants nearby and we would drive an hour or so for the day to visit other towns. Love the off the beaten path feel when you truly want to disconnect and get some peace & quiet in nature.

Very peaceful

This small, well stocked and comfortable house is in a very natural and private setting that is easily enjoyed inside or outside on a nice deck. We enjoyed it thoroughly.

We had such a wonderful stay at Klement’s property! He was an amazing and available host, making sure we had everything we needed and more. The pictures don’t do the space justice, it’s so lovely and cozy inside! We’d definitely come back again!

Amazingly beautiful property and clean space for rest and relaxation. Kliment is a kind and wonderful host - his abode is next to the rental space and he made sure we had everything we needed, and was kind enough to share eggs from his chickens, and tomatoes and herbs from his garden, all while giving us the privacy we needed on our getaway.

Away from it all

This is a very nice private cottage away from all the hustle and bustle of modern life. If you are looking for a place to "touch grass", this is a great cottage where you can get a reset from it all. There is no light pollution and start gazing is incredible. The place was very clean and comfortable.

We needed to be in NY for one night for a family event. The house is great and has all the amenities you would need. I loved the secluded nature of the house and the land it’s on is beautiful! I’d love to go back for a real vacation sometime.

A Present surrounded by Nature.

My girlfriend, little pup, and I had an amazing time at this place. It was peaceful, comfortable and beautiful. We enjoyed all the amenities and was able to break away from a busy wedding weekend with time to ourselves on the property. The ride up the road / driveway does take some practice, but worth it...

Wonderful tiny house

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was so nice that a chef would be comfortable in it. Nice and out of the way. Only 6 minutes from the venue for my event. I will be recommending this home to any friends who do the event in the future.

delightful place to stay

Really enjoyed this house/cabin. Spacious, clean, very well stocked with all that we needed. Very comfortable, quiet, in a beautiful location. Very nice deck. There are chickens nearby who are very friendly and fun to watch. Even had a few very fresh, delicious eggs. This was a good one!

Beautiful!

Kliments home was perfect. The garden, decking and surrounding area is stunning and so quiet and restful. Kliment was a great host and bought us fresh eggs from his chickens on our arrival. We were also able to pick tomatoes from his vegetable garden. Highly recommend
