Welcome to The Duke Lodge #283, a warm, classic high-country haven designed for unforgettable family gatherings and mountain escapes! Nestled right on Historic Main Street in the heart of the Village of Greer, this premium cabin borders the beautiful Greer Meadow, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, and the rushing waters of the Little Colorado River. We are now proudly pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members can join in on the alpine adventures!



As the largest cabin located directly on a private pond within the Greer Lodge property, this 1,860-square-foot single-story layout offers an expansive, generous floor plan. It is absolutely perfect for large families, while also being incredibly welcoming for smaller families who simply enjoy spreading out and having plenty of their own space.



The Space:

Stepping inside, guests are greeted by beautiful wood floors and a bright, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area featuring three oversized couches, making it the ultimate setup for sharing stories and gathering together after a day of mountain exploration.



The fully equipped kitchen features a brand-new air fryer and blender for effortless vacation meals, as well as handy home essentials like cooking oils, a stocked spice rack, and cutting boards. We even provide Tupperware with lids, making it easy to pack up a quick lunch to take down to the nearby picnic tables while fishing, or carry snacks along while hiking the local trails!



We love pampering our guests, so look forward to a fully stocked beverage station featuring complimentary K-cups, teas, coffees, and hot chocolates, complete with sugar, Stevia, and creamers to start your mornings off right.



For the ultimate family fun night, one of our spacious guest bedrooms features a newly added sit-down, old-school arcade bar table! Fully loaded with retro favorites like Ms. Pac-Man, Pac-Man, Frogger, Donkey Kong, and other arcade classics, it is guaranteed to keep the kids (and kids at heart) entertained.



Your safety and peace of mind are also a priority, which is why a fully stocked first aid kit is readily available on-site.



Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps up to 10):



Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed with an attached master bath featuring a deep soaking tub and separate shower.



Bedroom 2 (Arcade Room): 2 Queen Beds with easy access to the second full bathroom and the retro arcade console.



Bedroom 3: 2 Queen Beds.



Pond-Front Deck: Step outside onto a grand, covered wrap-around deck overlooking private, spring-fed trout ponds and panoramic mountain views. Equipped with a BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, and plenty of comfortable seating.
