Room is what you would expect, so quiet and relaxing..
Owner of the establishment could not do enough for us, so helpful, let us know when the bus times into Carlisle were, and, where local shops were. Definitely stay again »

« On arrival the owner was very helpful and explained they had just taken over .
However, they were no serving food on a Sunday evening , which they could have let us know .
No tv in the rooms .
No hand soap and shower gel.
Room was clean and nice and quiet . »

« All staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, made us feel very relaxed during our stay. The breakfast here was absolutely fabulous with everything there that it stated was there. We also had an afternoon tea booked for after our small wedding and this was excellent and so was the lovely Maria who served our champagne and made sure we had everything we needed. Above and beyond expectations and we were not rushed at all. There is plenty of parking for guests and the grounds of the Hotel are...

« This hotel provides a basic room. We did not get food here. (Breakfast cost extra) The room had a very strong mothball smell so we opened the window and left a floor fan running all night. Bedside areas need outlets to plug in phones so these rooms need updating. The sink did not have hot water. For the price this room was not worth it. »

« Not at all what I expected ⊠but we loved it ! Staff was amazing and always willing to help. Food was HOT and fresh . Do not hesitate to stay here! Close to motorway ⊠and access is easy. »

« Le personnel est trÚs gentil.
Ce quâil faut amĂ©liorer : 1. la salle de repas et petit dej au niveau de la rĂ©ception câest vraiment Ă©trange et gĂȘnant 2. Nous avons attendu prĂšs dâ1 heure pour avoir le petit dĂ©jeuner (beaucoup trop long) 3. Aucun service proposĂ© Ă lâarrivĂ©, pas dâinformations (simple remise de la clef ). 4. Nous avons eu 4 rĂ©ponses diffĂ©rentes pour lâhoraire du petit dĂ©jeuner et pareil pour les tarifs .
