„I’ve stayed at the Gem Fitzrovia several times in the past few months and I find the location great, the breakfast generous and the rooms spacious and comfortable. My only criticism is the check in process - after arriving late at night, it’s not so fun having to spend 10 minutes filling out digital paperwork on a tablet. I wish this could be streamlined somehow.“

„Location is the only thing going for this property. Misleading description. Says AC but there is only AC in one room on the ground floor. So we had to leave the door open to cool down the floor. Floor layouts were BAD. Basement had 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 powder room and the stack laundry. Why 2 bathroom? Weird but the best level to stay in. Ground floor had 2 bedrooms and the dining room. NO bathroom. You either had to go up 2 flights of stairs or down to the basement. The dining table ...
