The unit is a well planned small home conversion utilizing the available space extremely well. « Cute little farm decor room with a fun playground for the little ones. Our one-and-a-half-year-old enjoyed the playground with help. The place was clean, other than some hard water buildup issues with the showerhead and a pillowcase with either a stain or unwashed spot. We enjoyed our stay overall. Nice little vacation rental. »

« We had a wonderful stay. We came for our mom's funeral and brought our children and grandchildren. There was plenty of room to gather, cook and sleep. We were no y aware when we booked the home that it was directly across the street from the cemetery where we buried our mother and grandmother and great grandmother. This is a lovely home and we really enjoyed it »

« We had a wonderful time. Great, peaceful location, close enough to Bryce Canyon, but away from the crowds. Enjoyed seeing deer, a red fox and hawks in the big grass field, beside our own greeting party of alpacas and goats. Nicki, the farm dog, was a treat to play with. Super friendly community members. We rented a side by side for a day of 4 wheeling in the beautiful foothills. Thanks, Neilsen family for sharing with us. »

« This house was a great and unique place to stay for my family. It felt like a combination of petting zoo, hobby farm, and orchard. It's not for everyone, but if you like that type of environment, you will likely love this house. The house is a duplex with the hosts living in the lower level. They were welcoming and hospitable, but not intrusive in any way. »

« Our stay was great. We went to Crater Lake NP for the day. About an hour away from the trail further from us. The house and all the extras (lotion, condiments, bottle water, etc) were such a nice place to relax. For sure, we would stay again. »

« The property was spectacular with unique amenities including farm animals, hot tub, grill, green space, etc. The house was clean with lots of room to spread out. Communication with the owners was very responsive. The only negative would be the flies, probably a season in the area but screen doors would have helped. »
