« My family stayed here for a short weekend. Upon arrival it looked like it had been cleaned however there was hair in both showers, an odd smell in the living room and the rug in the living room looked like it had never been vacuumed. While the cleanliness was off putting, the comfort was worse. The couch was also not clean and the beds were broken, lopsided and extremely uncomfortable. This place needs a one time deep clean, new caulk where there is mold, and new beds/couch and it would be fine....

« The house was not clean by basic standards. The garage smelled like smoke when we arrived and opened the door. We found an extinguished cigarette poised on the washer that had burned down and a pile of unwashed bedding was on the ground under a very dirty sink. Inside, the fridge was filthy, clean and dirty dishes were in the dishwasher, the coffee pot was really gross and there were 21 nails laying on the stairs. « We had a great stay at this lovely home in Groveland. The house was spotless and had all we needed for a comfortable visit. Nicholas promptly responded to all our communication. We had plenty of space for a group of 5 traveling together (it could sleep more if traveling as couples). Of note, you'll hear footsteps of the people walking on the floors above you, which is fairly standard of houses of this construction.
