Our family was so impressed with this beautiful property. The location was great for sight seeing around the Central Coast. Everything was so clean, very spacious with comfortable and stylish furnishings. We loved the main upper living area, the rooftop deck with fire pit was perfect for morning coffee and sunsets and having use of the beach gear was great for our day in Avila. The kitchen was full of everything you need to feel at home and all the dishes were such nice quality. Beds were comfortable but my adult son did find the twin beds a bit squeaky/rikkety. Much better for young kids. All in all it was the perfect place for our vacation with our visiting UK family. Everyone loved it!

Wow! Fantastic! This home is a definite re-book! It is a very clean, new-build 2-story. Plenty of comfy beds for heads, and multiple restrooms for full bladders. The home is tucked back in a group of 3, and it felt very safe and secure. The kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the home has new, clean working appliances. Excellent communication with friendly owner. It’s an easy choice, this home is exactly what you are looking to book!

Awesome vacation home!

My family and I went to Pismo Beach to celebrate my brother’s birthday. We decided this option was better than renting hotel rooms and we could all be together. The property is amazing! The home is beautiful with plenty of sleeping areas. The rooftop fireplace is a nice addition. The home is stocked with everything you can think of to cook a meal. We all had a great time. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Great Central Coast Home!

Great home! So much space! Stayed with 4 adults and 2 children (ages 6 and 2). Master is huge and had plenty of room for our pack-and-play/slumber pod for toddler. Twin room great for kids! Down stairs room perfect adult couple with en suite bathroom. Roof top was amazing to watch the sunset and morning coffee. Short drive to the beach. Donut shop two blocks away. As well as grocery store. We were attending an event in SLO and this was just perfect for our family. Looking forward to booking again. Wish we would have stayed one more day!

Cute Family House

Just wanted to remind you about the awesome new house we checked out. It's got a great layout and is in a super convenient location. You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes or ride a bike there in just 5 minutes. There's a Vons grocery store just a 5-minute walk away. I totally recommend the place!

Great place!

Very clean and quiet area. Rooftop retreat is awesome! Great location for where ever you are going when visiting the central coast. Vons grocery store in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

Great set up

We stayed here for Cal Poly Graduation weekend. Great set up and location, The house feels brand new, is warm and welcoming with a great family room/kitchen/dinning area where everyone can hang out. The rooftop area is really nice also.

Great house with nice rooftop & fire pit

We were in town with family for a memorial service and this house worked perfectly. It is very well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop with fire pit. My only complaint is the kitchen table is very small for a group.
