« I booked the property and it was actually through VRBO. The owner stated they would send the door code the day before. The code did not show up. When I arrived at the property, there was another person already staying in the unit. I tried calling the number given and it was not in service. No response from the owner until 2 hours after check in and I already booked another place. The owner did not seem to care about what I told them. »

« The view from this property is absolutely amazing. The pool area is beautiful, with incredible city views, and the gym is very nice as well. Those amenities were definitely the highlight of the stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always responding promptly, which was definitely a great plus. However, the apartment itself needs much more attention and maintenance. There were visible stains on the sheets and pillows, which was disappointing. There was also a strong sewage smell...

« We did not move in, but went to an airb&b in the neighborhood instead, since the apartment did not fulfill our needs and expectations. Very friendly, warm welcome by the host who easily found a solution to our problems. If you look for a very simple, very old traditional mexican house in a safe and beautiful area, half a km from Tlaquepaque center and the market, the you may consider this. »
