« First off it was impossible for me to find the property and it seems to be like some kind of government project when I ask someone for additional directions they tried to hold me up at gunpoint I was alone with my children, so I left and tried contacting the owner to get a refund due to unsafe location, and I have yet to receive any money back »

« I booked the property and it was actually through VRBO. The owner stated they would send the door code the day before. The code did not show up. When I arrived at the property, there was another person already staying in the unit. I tried calling the number given and it was not in service. No response from the owner until 2 hours after check in and I already booked another place. The owner did not seem to care about what I told them. »

« I like the fact that I had the property all to myself, but this property has a second floor which made it a bit noisier at nights, water heater was not very good I had to take about 4 very cold showers but overall it was just ok, needs more work and attention, thank you!!! »
