Segunda vez que me hospedo en dicho hotel, pero en esta ocasión estuvo pesimo el servicio. 1. Me otorgan control remoto de TV distinto al de la habitación, tuve que bajar del 3er piso a recepción para que me hicieran el cambio, cuando lo correcto era que me enviaran el correcto a la habitación. 2. No te proporcionan la clave de WiFi si uno no la pide, pesimo el Internet se desconecta casi cada 5 minutos y manejan velocidad demasiado baja. 3. Mucho ruido del piso superior y habitación de a lado y pasillo. 4. La zona del elevador a obscuras.

Es un hotel con una excelente ubicación, lo malo es que es una construcción con muchos años de antigüedad y que desafortunadamente no han modernizado, las habitaciones ya son viejas, al igual que los baños de las mismas, les falta mantenimiento. Por igual al restaurante le falta modernizarlo, la comida es muy rica, tienen buen sazón pero la falta “vida” En general, necesitan una buena remodelación en todos los sentidos, se ve muy triste, insisto, le falta vida a todo el hotel.

Un poco sobrevaluado, la propiedad es vieja y aparece descuidada en unos aspectos, no se ha modernizado. Se entiende que intente mantener la imagen colonial, sin embargo hay cosas que se pueden modernizar en armonía con esa imagen. Falta iluminación en los pasillos por las noches.

Cons: useless front desk staff, unreliable internet(for a conference centre this seems wierd), no safes in room. Pros: nice property, spacious rooms, great pool area, 15 min walk from the action for those who like to walk to i wouldnt walk back alone

It just suffers from a few key areas to make it a great option, examples really poor WiFi speed, not having shampoo in the showers and those damn lamps above the bed we hit our heads multiple times really bad positioning
