Check in was poorly organized. As there was no designated rolls for check-in, people always jammed into different lines in order to take up a faster care. Walking out of the hotel was not allowed. It has to be done by getting on vehicles. However, there was no shuttle to and from the hotel and the outside, it seemed a little bit awkward. Policies were unclear. We requested for one additional blanket. The check in counter said it would cost additional 50 yen. However, other staff said there would be none!
Booking the shuttle bus to the park was rigid. We could not get on the bus since we did not make an hour advance booking. Yet, the shuttle bus was in fact empty when leaving!
Some main spots were blocked, claiming to be under repair. Obviously, they did wish people going there!
Despite the bitter experience, the live in was not too bad. Rooms were clean and big. Common areas were kept very tidy. Check-in counter was always fully manned. Though the shower was not fully functioned (the overhead shower could not be used), it worked satisfactorily. Sockets were all over the room and provided easy use. Wifi was intermittently functioning (I have my own connection).
Nights were quiet. Air-conditioning was functioning well.
All in all, we had a good experience living in. Yet, there may not be motivation for us to visiting there again unless the travelling means could be improved. We were not local/driving and we had to pay relatively a lot for the tra
