Hôtel près de Mont Maofeng de Guangzhou, Canton, Canton

"The hotel is okay for a one night stay but not for everyone. Although the room was advertised as non-smoking, it clearly smelled of cigarettes and an ashtray was available in the room. It seems it’s also possible to smoke in the corridors. The hotel is clean but generally smells due to this issue. Another disappointing aspect was the distance from the airport. Unlike what appears on the hotel’s description, it is actually located around 20 minutes by car from the airport, the information provided on the website is deceiving. The shuttle works and is made available as needed however hotel was not responsive before arrival and had to ask airport staff to call them to send the shuttle (which was sent rapidly) Overall, quite disappointed with the hotel"

"Hôtel bien situé et offre un excellent niveau de confort. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien équipée, avec une literie très agréable. Le personnel s’est montré professionnel, accueillant et attentif tout au long du séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, avec de bons choix internationaux et locaux. Les espaces communs sont soignés et l’ambiance générale correspond bien au standing Sofitel. Une très bonne adresse pour un séjour à Guangzhou, que ce soit pour affaires ou pour quelques jours de découverte. Je recommande."

"Vraiment dommage que le bar ne soit plus du coté jardin. C'est une perte énorme en terme de qualité de vie dans l'hotel. Maintenant nous devons subir le bruit de l'orchestre dans le hall car il est maintenant dans le restaurant à coté de l'accueil. C'est incroyablement décevant pour un hotel de cette qualité Nous sommes très déçus."

"C’était magnifique, très chaleureux, accueillant surtout le service d’accueil, mais j’aurais souhaité aussi d’avoir une machine à café dans ma chambre mais on dirait y a pas de machine à café c’est tout ce qui peuvent améliorer. Sinon je peux noter 8/10"
