Super Hotel in Zona Viva
Wir waren 2 Nächte in dem Hotel, kannte es schon von früheren Reisen, kann es nur empfehlen. Sehr gute Lage in Zona Viva, kurze Wege zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Großes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Shuttle zum Flughafen ca 15 Minuten. Alles bestens, kann es nur empfehlen.

Comfortable Hotel
We used this hotel since we had a flight in the morning to Costa Rica. The Hotel offers free shuttle to the airport. The room was very spacious and had a good view from the 17th floor.

Nice place but almost everyone is rude in reception. Nobody has the courtesy to greet. The restaurant is worse only one employee name Mario is super nice in the restaurant area

My wife and I have been using this hotel for about 10 years and I think it is time to find a new place. Have never been treated so poorly as we did this time. A new person at the desk needs a course in how to treat regular customers.
