modernes hotel bei altstadt.
Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer zum Innenhof, was von Vorteil war, da die Straße doch ziemlich befahren ist. moderne Zimmer. gut gelegen gleich am Anfang der Altstadt.

No way! Never again. Modern look bluffs.
We got angry about many things from the 1st day until the last of out 3-days stay. Starting with the fact that upon arrival the promised free parking spaces turned out as two parking bays in the side street which were almost always occupied. In the city center you can only park chargeable (parking garages/bays) & there is little availability of those. Free spaces required approx.1km walk. Room: it had a window to the grey/dark backstreet. Hardly any daylight. The bathroom without door. Since it is directly next to the bed&room quite narrow, this results in insufficient privacy. Esp. regarding toilet (the bathroom user doesn't even has visual cover). Following complaint it was said that no room has a door for bathrooms. But suddenly, we had the possibility to use (at more charges) the junior suite (it was lovely). It has a sliding door for the bathroom. The electronic room keycard technology had its problems: did not get into our room at least 2 times/day &had to ask the reception clerk to re-program the card. Breakfast: Planned start: 7:30am, real start: around (!)8am. Since few guests in the hotel were, seemed all the food was quite counted so that - when two people made use of a thing - everything was already eaten. Toilet paper was in short supply every day. We would not recommend to nobody booking this hotel.

Pluses and Minuses
Location was Great. Room comfortable but old and odd space. Although it had an elevator, we still had to deal with stairs to get to room. Halls were very dark with steps that can be hazardous. We will be returning to Guimaraes but arrange different accomodations.

Não vale o custo/benefício.
Hotel muito bem localizado mas realmente deteriorado. Staff ótima. Cama e chuveiro muito bons. Quarto pequeno sem lugar para a bagagem. Sem privacidade no banheiro e chuveiro...O elevador para sempre entre 2 andares e há a necessidade de subir ou descer um lance de escadas com as malas. Estacionamento na rua para apenas 2 carros.

Hotell med personal jättebra. Minus var att vid bokningen av rum stod det att gratis parkering ingick och det fanns endast tre platser och fe var upptagna. Anledningen till valet av hotell var just parkeringen som ingick i bokningen.

Location was perfect but a little noisy at night with all the traffic but this comes with the location. Room was comfortable and bedding as well . There was no air conditioning therefore closing the balcony doors to soundproof the room rendered it stuffy with no air circulation especially in the summer nights. The room has a temp control and fan controller but just for show. The shower was with slight mildew and leaked out of door but very spacious. Overall room conditions not a 4 star . I have traveled extensively and this is really a 3star. Breakfast is below par.

Hotel fuera de lo común.
Habitacion muy grande techos altísimos decorados como un antiguo palacio.Baño en la habitación separado por espejos y muy moderno.Cama exagerada alta y grande con almohadas de plumas.Vistas a la plaza central.Desayuno suficiente.Escasas cosas de aseo y minibar vacío.La recepción era un antiguo banco y las habitaciones parecían de un palacio.La mía tenía 4 terrazas y una redonda de esquina.hab 102 color rosa.Volveremos sin dudarlo.

quarto nº106 - não recomendo !!
Foi-me atribuído o quarto nº106. Este quarto tem duas janelas com vista para minúsculo pátio interior. Nem se consegue perceber o estado do tempo que faz na rua. Saí do quarto pensando que estava céu nublado e, quando cheguei á rua, estava uma manhã de sol. As casas de banho não têm porta, o que faz com que não tenham qualquer privacidade. Tentei que me mudassem de quarte, foi-me dito que não havia quartos vagos.

Piacevole soggiorno
Posizione centrale a pochi passi da tutti gli edifici storici, camera pulita. Il bagno aveva qualche difetto di rifinitura del box doccia, l'acqua usciva all'esterno. Il minibar era scollegato dall'impianto elettrico ed era vuoto. L'impianto di condizionamento era efficiente e si poteva regolare dalla stanza. la colazione non era all'altezza di un 4 stelle. Nel complesso giudizio positivo ma nella norma.
