„This was a wonderful house! It was super clean and the decor and furnishings were all up to date. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes you would need. The pool is super conveniently located and the walk to the beach is super short on a nice sandy walkway. We are planning to stay here again when we return to Gulf Shores“

„Very nice and spacious. The cottage is well appointed, the pics do not do it justice. We had 4 adults & 2 kids under 10 with more than enough space. Bunk bed was a hit with the kids. The host, Martha, was very responsive and resourceful. Our professional beach pics turned out beautiful and golf cart rental was super easy. Both came highly recommended by our gracious host.“

„The home was beautiful and extremely comfortable. It was very clean. The owner responded to questions very quickly and was helpful and friendly. So many extras! Beach towels, water toys, plenty of bath towels, very ample cooking supplies. A delicious box of cupcakes waiting in the fridge for us. Plenty of comfortable seating at the end of the day. We would love to stay there again. Thankful for the hospitality!“

„I booked this property in advance and the process was so easy. The host Ms Martha reached out and we communicated easily and comfortably. She is super nice and informative! The place was as perfect as one can be; clean, roomey, location, amenities and beach access. It was great! I hope I can book again soon.“

„Woodside Restaurant at Gulf State Park is the best kept secret of Gulf Shores. Emma at breakfast and Issac at dinner, made our meals welcoming and special.“

„Trip was planned to see fort Morgan with granddaughters. Cottage was perfect close to our destination. Sassy bass pizza was right down the road . Great pizza. Dollar general right down the road for other groceries. Fort Morgan beach was close by too enjoyed our day there to. Next time hope to fish from the dock . Quiet area “

„We had such a great time at 4013 The Rookery III! Melinda went above and beyond to stay in contact and make sure everything we needed was handled! The house was stocked with beach towels and beach essentials (tents, chairs, toys, puddle jumper) which was super helpful! We loved that it was pet friendly so our golden retriever could join us on vacation! Thanks for a great stay!“

„Upon arrival, we had enough paper products to last us a few days. The kitchen is well stocked. The only items we needed and didn’t have were muffin pans…we purchased and left for the next guests! The extra beach chairs were helpful in watching tv together at night (we have a 9 person family). The master king bed could use a soft mattress topper, but def would not defer us from renting again. The walk to the beach is a little far for the heat, but it was 3 min drive. We loved our stay and ...

„The house was super cute & comfortable. Just enough space with all the essentials for the week. The deck was a favorite. The outside shower and separate garden hose area was great to quickly rinse the sand off from the beach. Beautiful views of sunset and easy, quick access to the beach. A wonderful place for family. “

"Die Lage des Hotels ist super und fußläufig nur über die Uferstraße vom Strand entfernt. Der Poolbereich war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer benötigen haben etwas veraltetes Mobiliar und benötigen ein Update. Der Fußboden im Zimmer war nicht sauber sondern schon schmutzig als wir ankamen als wenn dieser nach dem letzten Gast nicht nassgewischt sondern nur mal kurz gefegt wurde. Als Beachhotel aber durchaus zu empfehlen, da es einen Beachaccess direkt gegenüber des Hotels gibt. Wir werden hier wieder buchen, wenn wir in der Gegend sind."
