« This is a 6th floor room with a small balcony overlooking the beach. The property is clean and comfortable but showing its age in places. There is a small pool and direct beach access. Parking requires a permit -- make sure it is there, and if not, communicate with the host right away. Security on site is minimal but friendly -- however, they will boot or tow un-permitted vehicles. »

« This was a great place to stay. The pool was nice and it was a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. The people that live at the complex full time were very nice and friendly. We will forsure stay here again in the future! »

« Awesome that the owner supplied a parking pass for our stay. We were on the 12th floor ocean view. Awesome view, we rented two chairs and an umbrella for our stay; walk down with the cooler and we were set for the day. Unit was clean, bed was comfortable. Very minimal supply in the unit. We went to the store and put up some staples. Unit had everything we need cooking utensil wise. Very pleasant stay, will definitely stay here again. »
