„Spacious and clean property! Very communicative host and the house was easy to access upon arrival. Thank you for providing cleaning products, bathroom necessities and coffee pods. My only feedback would be to dust the fake plants in the primary bedroom downstairs. Easy to overlook but important for those with allergies.“

„Wonderful place and host! Clean, modern, well stocked, close to everything you need and LU. Annie was very helpful and quickly responsive. She was also flexible with our checkout time, which was a blessing to us. Thank you again!“

„This home was truly a dream. It was clean, cozy, and inviting. We loved playing corn hole and darts, sitting on the porch, and playing board games (all provided by the host). This home has everything! We loved the small details that the host thought of including the assortment of snacks and coffee selection. The host is delightful and super helpful. We will absolutely stay here again!“

„The New Winter of 1947 was such an adorable country cottage, we saw deer at night and especially enjoyed the private backyard with a fire pit. Checkin was so easy and the Host response time was excellent and so nice. I loved that it was pet-friendly. Our stay was very pleasant, the Host thought of everything, anything you’d possibly need they had it! I highly recommend the New Winter of 1947 Charming Cottage and would definitely stay there again.“

„Totally misleading advertisement! No where did it say communal bathroom. Dilapidated property, dirty communal bathroom, did not feel safe. Left immediately and demanded refund. Shocked that VRBO would list this dump!“

„The home is beautiful. It is tastefully decorated and gave off a warm and cozy feelings. The owner was just a phone call away for any problems questions or concerns. I would definitely choose and recommend Kemeco properties if you are in the Lynchburg area. The pictures are just as the home looks on the picture. Very clean and many supplies if you left anything. Thank you again. We will be back.“
