« I was not pleased with the redervation and check in If you are checking in late, there is no typical front desk. It seems my expedia reservation was not seen as valuable compared to booking direct and the hotel customer service had no information. Im sure its because of low season but it took 45 minutes to reach someone who could tell me where to find my room key. All were apologetic but it was a frustrating scenario to reach a solution and a person with the right info. »

« The property was clean, and I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. However, I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. On the morning of check-out, we woke up to find there was no running water, which we discovered from a note slipped under the door explaining that there would be no water from 8am to 4pm.
