We stayed during the ski off-season and found the location to be perfect for access to the town of Crested Butte and near-by hiking/biking trails. We experienced a small snafu with parking permits, which management addressed in a fairly timely manner. A more detailed guest guide to explain how the heating/AC and fireplace work would be helpful.
