« Spacious rooms with big internal garden area. Quiet and nice area, in the middle of Chepstow. Contactless check in was fine and easy to follow. Good cooked breakfast in the morning. Perfect for our one night stay. »

« Nous sommes un peu déçus… l’hôtel est en fait attenant au manoir et non dans le manoir. Nos chambres n’étaient pas très propres (draps salis, rideaux déchirés, trace de nourriture présente sur la moquette) mais spacieux (les enfants avaient leur propre chambre attenante). La piscine est un peu vieillotte. Le personnel est discret, poli mais un peu trop détaché des besoins des clients. »
