« We spent two sleepless nights because of the terrible noise. First night they had a big group of guests that arrived at 10.00 pm and they were screaming around until midnight. The next night the same big group left at 4.00 am and they were running and screaming around the camp for more than one hour. We asked for silence but nobody cared about! When finally the rude guests left the staff started to clean the tends close to ours so we were woken up again! It was a real nightmare! »

« The employees were very friendly. The room was spacious but a few issues like damp smell in bathroom, mould there, light not working in bedroom, bed sheet torn and sheets were too small for the bed and did not fully cover the mattress or the duvet. Can’t open windows due to no screens and bugs come in. Okay breakfast but would be good to advise all guests of eggs being available and all foods drinks on buffet should be labelled. « Most staff are teenager and young adult sillyhearts. They have no initiative. This property does not provide tour guides nor get you connected with one. Constant bathroom leaks and backfiring showerhead during my stay. Water flying all over the bathroom at any time! The take hours to reply by Whatsapp or room phone. You will not get your food for at least an hour. Literally caught staff hanging up the staff phone and dancing for social media. There's nothing around this property. Would be better...

« This hotel is located in a very peaceful location, away from the downtown shops and market. The taktsang monastery is visible from the hotel, the hotel is surrounded by hills and beautiful scenery. I really enjoyed my stay here. »

« Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was noisy at the time of my stay due to other guests speaking loudly and opening and closing doors late at night and early morning. Before me needing to ask, the staff moved me to a quiet room. The breakfast was good. A decent coffee machine would have made the experience nicer. The hotel represents excellent value for money. It is around 10 minutes or so from Paro and 20 mins to airport. »

« The stay was so amazing, connected to nature.calm and serene. Listening to sound and enjoying the beauty of of river Pachu flowing near by, Paddy fields, mountains and valleys. Extremely helpful staff , owner of resort and his wife . Very clean and sustainable, nature friendly resort. Ideal get away for a nature lover. »
