Hotel Hackett

« We were pleasantly surprised. Seems to have been recently renovated. Nice people and a good spot to stop, right off the highway. There is a diner next door and a casino. I do wish however that they didn’t place a couple of guys with a noisy dog right next to us when there were several empty rooms. Shower pressure was great! I would have appreciated a bit more substantial towels however. »

« Super comfy bed! Nice continental breakfast offering for hard boiled eggs, bagels, fruit etc. Clean and quiet space. Easy access. Worked perfectly for our stop over. . »

« There was a problem with their reservation system so I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for the clerck to do something. She was really nice and trying to fix it but it was bad to wait for so long . There should have a back up plan for such situation »

« I read all the reviews on Coachman’s Inn prior to my stay. In Waldron Ark. you have 2 choices, and stayed at other before. Comments about “gal at front desk” lol! « The hotel itself was very clean inside and decent. The problems really started with the outside there were broken glass beer bottles surrounding the property on their sidewalks outside of their pool area. The person who checked me in was great. One of the main issues was a constant banging from the floor above me and I do not believe it was another guest but something related to the elevator system or anything else with the property but it made it so bad that you couldn't sleep.
