"We are both in our 90 s I phoned up and asked to be allocated a lower floor I was told he would make a note of it,he didn't. We were put in a tiny bedroom on the 4th floor at back of building the carpet in hall was badly fitted and must have been years since it had seen a vacuum cleaner"
