« Every person working at the Hotel would either say hello or if you had a question stop and talk to you. We asked for more toilet paper, and the kindest cleaning staff went out of her way and had it in our room when we got back. The breakfast was top notch; the area was spotless at all times, and she was always helpful with a smile. Everyone was just truly genuine, and I would stay there again no question. « We were there for a wedding and had a 3:00 check in time. They did not have rooms ready for us and even though we were there ahead of numerous other people we had to wait for almost an hour to get into our room. By then it was 3:30… past check in time. The front desk worker was very nice about it all and was trying her best but it was frustrating to wait that long… and to see others that came in after us all get their rooms before us. »

« Staff was very nice and helpful. Adult pool was closed for some reason, but the hot tubs and swim up bar no problem. Signing up for the resort pass in order to get to the pool area was a little time consuming, but one time only issue. Currents had decent food. Room was spotless, very good bathroom. Shuttle from the parking lot was great, very nice man driving. »
