„Tiki Beach Resort. Road 2 Hours to Hotel to have owners claim that Hotels.com has scammer that is booking their resort without their knowledge. Said that cabin I paid for on Hotels.com was not available. The owners felt bad for me and were going to get me lodging. First, stating they were putting me in a nicer property closer to my destination. But ultimately provided a room in motel further from my destination and way less expensive than what I paid for. I thanked them for the offer.  ...

I contacted the host multiple times regarding the water issue, but nothing was done.Additionally, the oven did not work, there were no lights on the outside staircase leading to the bedroom, and there was no lock on the door, creating serious safety concerns.“
