„The Harbour Studio is really lovely. Easily accessible. Close to town and supermarkets etc.It was also very warm, and dry despite being winter. The room gets sun all afternoon (if there is sun to be had)Despite sharing access with two other properties, it was lovely and private.I enjoyed a couple of lovely walks along the shared path that runs along the harbour.The standout feature of the studio is the view. „Great property for family. It had everything we needed and the log fire was fantastic on a cold winter Dunedin day! Host was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Spa pool was advertised but not at the property although not really an issue for us. One or two maintenance tasks needed attending to but not at all detracting from the property. Location was great if you have a vehicle. Beautiful view of the ocean.“
