« There was plenty of room for our party of 13. We stayed 3 nights. The bar/restaurant across the water got loud at night but the home is well insulated because it was quite in the house. The AC's work very well. However, if you plan on having a party as big as ours and stay 1 days bring your own provisions. There was 1 dish cloth, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 cutting knife and very little cooking pots/pans. No disinfectant to wipe down counters. Adequate bath towels but no beach towels...

« I was really kind of disappointed in this rental. The unit looks dated, the paint was chipped/dirty/sloppy. The doors did not close properly, neither did drawers. The master bed needs a box spring. It is way to low to the floor and hard to get in and out of. The blinds were broken. The master bedroom had cheap curtains that covered a large sliding door and did not block hardly any light at night.
