« Simply beautiful, very very clean, so quiet out there and dark the stars are beautiful at night. Despite having a power outage for 14 hours, which was out of the owner’s hands, Edward did everything in his power to get us external power get us up and running. Large driveway lots of room to park. Fully equipped found everything we needed for a four day weekend. Will definitely visit back again. »

« This property a great choice for a nice getaway with group of friends or with your family. It offers ample space and an excellent sized kitchen for cooking, and plenty of kitchen accessories and supplies for your cooking needs. Being by the lake was the highlight of this property. They had kayaks and a canoe for use. Would come back again ! »

« The whole property is very clean and tidy. The host is very helpful and friendly. The cottage is easy to get to and just a few minutes from town and the ski hill. The waterfront is nice for swimming. Overall, we were very happy with the spot and would return. »

« Lovely, bright, modern little suite. Cute family oriented neighbourhood close to everything. Only 35 minutes to all our events in Ottawa. Communication with host was excellent. Well appointed kitchenette, so we were able to prepare a couple of meals “in-house”.We dined at Boulton House in Carleton place and highly recommend it for dinner out! »

« We enjoyed staying at Gary's cabin. It's rustic, cozy, and had everything we needed. He's a great host, he met up in person upon our arrival just to give us a short tour and intro to the cottage and it's workings, along with offering to take us out on his pontoon boat on the lake. The kitchen had all cooking essentials and tools with a couple options for brewing coffee.. drip or press. The lake is shallow but great for canoe trips to enjoy the scenery, canoe supplied by Gary. We fed the birds...

« We had a truly lovely stay at this cozy cottage in Barry's Bay! The views were absolutely beautiful, and the quiet surroundings made for a wonderfully peaceful retreat.Unfortunately, our youngest wasn't feeling well with a bit of sun exhaustion for the first two days, so we spent some quality one-on-one time indoors. Thankfully, the cottage was well-equipped with plenty of puzzles and games, which kept us happily occupied during her recovery while the rest of the family enjoyed the water...

« Talk about setting the bar high! Our three-family, multi-generational group had the most amazing week - highly recommended. All rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully detailed with ample space to spread out or congregate at any time of day. The kitchen is very well appointed with high-end everything, bathrooms are aplenty, a games room that will keep any kid or kid-at-heart busy, and a huge deck for relaxing and dining. « Very nice and had everything we needed for our stay.Loved the huge bath tube, washer & dryer, and location near the playground. Only little improvement would of been a mattress topper in the front tv bedroom. The bed was a stiff/hard.Totally going to come back. »
