« This condo was exactly as described. It is located on the third floor and is a corner unit. There was plenty of seating in the living room for our family, which included 6 adults and 2 teens. The kitchen was fully stocked with all you need to cook meals, and the Keurig coffee/tea maker was a definite plus. Plenty of seating on the balcony overlooking the ocean. « The property is in a great location close to the beach. The overall property i would describe as tried and needs some work. The bathroom door would not close and the bathroom light would go off and on by itself. The pool had tiles missing on the sides and the bottom had many locations where the surface was peeling and missing paint.
