I wasn't sure about a unit in the back but found it easy to access and secluded and quiet. Road noise is minimal and do not hear once in condo. Walk to beach is 2 blocks. The path is not well marked but is clear. Beach items are kept in outdoor shower. This was displeasing because items are rusty and full of tree debris. I did take one chair to use...
