An entire private house in Hanoi Old Quarter, exclusively for families or groups of friends who want to stay together while still having their own space to relax.

The house has 3 separate bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are located on different levels, giving your group space to spend time together while still enjoying privacy.

Zephyr's Home is a 5-level house tucked away in a small alley in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter. The home is arranged vertically, with 3 separate bedrooms located on 3 different levels.

- Ground floor: Kitchen and shared living area for your group, plus 1 shared bathroom.
- Next level: Bedroom with 1 queen bed, an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the Old Quarter alley.
- Next level: Bedroom with 1 queen bed, an en-suite bathroom and a window overlooking the alley.
- Next level: Bedroom with 1 queen bed, an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony.
- Top level: Laundry area with a washer and dryer, free to use during your stay.

The house has 4 bathrooms in total: 3 en-suite bathrooms in the bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom on the ground floor.

With each bedroom on its own level, your group can stay together in one house while still enjoying privacy when it's time to rest.

During your stay, the entire house is exclusively for your group and is not shared with other guests.

You can use:
- Kitchen with induction stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and basic cooking utensils
- Wi-Fi
- Air conditioning in the bedrooms
- Free washer and dryer
- Towels, shampoo and body wash
- Complimentary filtered water, tea and coffee prepared on check-in day
- Self check-in with an electronic lock

For stays of 3 nights or more, fresh towels can be provided during your stay upon request.

For stays of 7 nights or more, we provide one complimentary cleaning during your stay, including basic cleaning and a change of towels and bed linen.

We respect your privacy throughout your stay. The entire house is your group's private space, and we will not disturb you unless necessary.

However, we are always available via message 24/7. In case of an emergency or an issue that requires in-person assistance, we can also come to help.

Please note:
- The house has 5 levels and no elevator. The bedrooms are located on different levels, so the property is better suited to guests who are comfortable using stairs.
- The house is located in a small alley in the Old Quarter. Taxis and cars cannot stop directly in front of the house; from the nearest drop-off point, you will need to walk about 20 m to reach the property.
- There is a popular bun cha restaurant in the alley directly in front of the house, which can get quite busy around lunchtime.
- During the day, you may hear noise from a nearby school, especially on days when the school holds events. Please keep this in mind if you usually sleep during the day. The area is generally quiet in the evening.
- Under Vietnamese accommodation regulations, we need the passport and visa/entry stamp of every guest for temporary residence registration. You can send photos of these documents via message after booking.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 06:00. The house is located in a residential area, so please keep noise to a minimum during these hours, especially on the balconies and outside the house.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on availability and may incur an additional fee. Please message us in advance so we can check.
- Please turn off the air conditioning, lights and unnecessary electrical appliances when leaving the house.
- Illegal drugs or substances, prostitution, violence and any activities that violate Vietnamese law are strictly prohibited. In case of violation, guests will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund.
