« Great location. Walking distance to Pike's Market and other retail shops. Kitchen was well stocked. The building is older and was amazingly quiet for its location. It has a beautiful courtyard that the apartment balcony overlooked. We were met by the property owner who gave us keys and walked us through the apartment as well as showing us the exercise room and pool. Great stay! »

« This unit is fabulous! The location is perfect, walking distance to so many things, and the view from the rooftop deck is amazing! The kitchen is clean, modern, fully functional and well equipped. « We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back! »

« We had a great stay. Location was great and walkable to a lot of close restaurants and sights. Great coffee at Lladro and late night burgers at Dicks! Multiple grocery stores nearby too.The house was comfy for our group of 8. Charming old home with comfy beds. While there is no central heat in the house, the wall units kept us nice and cozy. « The cottage is lovely and private. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. Plenty of towels and linens. We stayed for 8 nights and were happy with our choice since we were visiting relatives for the Thanksgiving Holiday who live about 15 min away. Only difficulty we had was internet was spotty, but Nara replied immediately to our concern.Parking was a bit tight because we have a long wheel based pickup, but would be fine for a normal car.
