« I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price so we didn't eat on property. No restaurant on site but a bar grill and order style. HOWEVER, the outside sitting area was beautiful, quiet , somewhat secluded because we had a large crowd and could be loud at times so we were glad that no other guests were disturbed. The staff were EXCELLENT , professional, super helpful, always available. »

« Absolutely beautiful hotel and so glad to see it return! Near everything and even a short walk from the Mississippi aquarium. A return to style and elegance for a price that won’t break the bank. Excellent in-house dining options we especially loved the breakfast cafe. Absolutely stunning decor and loved the rooftop bar! Highly recommend. »

« This is the 2nd time that I've book an IHG property and when I get there to check-in, they tell me they've sold out of the room type I reserved AND paid for! 2 Queen beds for me and my son! This time, I was there early enough to insist they accommodate my reservation. Not so lucky in Tallahassee last time. The front desk clerk mentioned it was because I booked third party - though Expedia would want to know. In addition, they do not have complementary breakfast. »

« At 5 in the morning the neighbor at the room 411 listens tv at the full volume…. I called the front desk no answer for at least three minutes second trying she answer and told me to try to find which room making nose and call her again and she will call the room . What a stupid answer it’s not my job to keep the respect in this hotel. After 9 hours on motorcycle and three hours in traffic jam we need to sleep please. « Very quiet place & the room was clean & the bed was very comfy the only thing is the stairs if you have issues walking get the rooms downstairs….I would stay again it’s walking distance to restaurants, it’s a small town vibe. »

« Décevant, chambre très peu équipée ( pas de frigo, pas de micro-ondes, pas de rangement) salle de bain avec un lavabo de 40/50 cm et aucun plan pour poser les affaires. Toute la nuit un train klaxonne. Pas de salle de restaurant juste un bar pour le dîner et le petit déjeuner. »
