« Ethan and his family werevery gracious and answered all our questions. We were surprised to be on th side of a mountain but our four wheel drive was handy plus 15 minute drive into Harpers Ferry was nice so it was quiet and peaceful. Lots of deer to watch!! Easy to relax!! Our only suggestion would be a small dresser maybe under thevTV and few more hooks for clothing since there is no closet. The kichen, bath and sleeping area were good. We enjoyed our stay in the peace and quiet!! Thank you...

« Great location to go kayaking, rafting or tubing. Very convenient to Harper's Ferry Historical Park. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of friendly deer. Beautiful view from the back deck and the perfect place for our 2 dogs.John was very accommodating and responsive. Beds were comfortable and the young adults enjoyed their space in the basement to hang out, watch TV, play video games or exercise.Would stay again. »

« You could not beat the location! It's just a five- to 10-minute walk to the shops in Lower Town and all the historical landmarks. The listing was exactly as described and featured everything one could need for a few nights' stay—I really appreciated the electric skillet so that I had the option to cook something more substantial if I didn't want to eat out. « This is a beautiful home in a secluded neighborhood with access to the Potomac River. The house is about 10 minutes from all of the things you would want to do in the Harper’s Ferry Historic area. The house is furnished and decorated very nicely and the kitchen has everything you will need for preparing & serving meals. It is a very peaceful location with lots of deer and opportunities to relax. »

Owner was quick to respond once receiving text message. Email is best way to communicate. you do have a lil drive into town if you need something however that was not an issue with us and the location is what we were looking for.
