Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Absolutely disgraceful property! The elevator is broken and has been for 3 months per the front desk staff! However they did not tell me until after I checked in and was asking how to get to the room. Unfortunately we had my wife’s 70+ yr old grandmother who had one knee replaced less than 2 months ago and the other less than 8 months ago. They wouldn’t move us from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor. I had to drive her back home almost 2 hours last night and my wife’s aunt stayed to help us with our kids who are playing in a tournament here.
They said the only ice machine was on the first floor and the others broken.
They were out of towels so when I asked for an extra 2 they said they will “throw some in the wash” needless to say we didn’t get them because it was super late so I dried off with my kids towel.
To top it off my wife woke up and discovered one of the bed sheets had a blood stain that was located in the middle of the side where somebody would sleep. You can only guess what it was from… absolutely horrific stay and we wouldn’t have but there was no other rooms available in a 20 mile radius. But if they would have let people know the elevator was broke when we booked, we would have had plenty of time to book elsewhere! I think I should be refunded for the stay or compensated someway for having to drive 2 hours late at night because our grandmother couldn’t walk the stairs and was too embarrassed to have the fire department come carry her!
