Very clean, Staff is helpful and friendly. The river view room was just perfect and with a dog it’s so convenient. Great location close to shopping and reataraunts.

Location! Location! Location! Easy access to everything Eugene, arts to outdoors
Honestly, the house was great and location was good. However, we had people in front on side walks and going down the alley at all hours of day and night. You would hear voices at 3 in the morning and sounded like they were in back yard but was the alley.
